Our Annual Maintenance Contract consists of the following checks on your generator set:

  • Fuel Systems – Diesel can degrade over time and is also susceptible to contamination. The fuel system, including the fuel, piping, filters and injection equipment are key items to check in any preventive maintenance program.
  • Batteries – Neglecting to monitor the condition of the battery charger and starting motor and / or inadequate battery maintenance are one among the most common reasons for failure of generator sets.
  • Coolant – Inadequate, Improper or Leaking coolant can lead to overheating of the system and failure of the equipment.
  • Filters – Filters avoid contamination of the systems that can lead to failure and / or reduction in performance. Preventive Maintenance programs ensure that the air, fuel and oil filters are inspected and changed regularly to assure the best performance of your engine and equipment when required.
  • Contacts – Poor contacts can generate excessive heat and carbon deposits that would ultimately cause failure to the contact. Switch contacts in the electrical control systems must be regularly checked and cleaned to ensure proper contact.
  • Connections – Loose radiator hoses, fuel pipes or other electrical connections are to be checked for leakages and proper working to avoid any failures during operation.
  • Corrosion – Specific inspections for corrosion in the wiring, piping, fixtures, ancillaries and / or other components exposed to the elements is necessary to avoid any failures or unavailability of the equipment when needed.
  • Mechanical – All mechanical systems are subject to wear and tear. They also have a reduction in their structural integrity due to load, vibrations and / or other causes. Vulnerable components, such as belts, safeties etc must be checked for tightness or wear and verified that all fittings are tightened to the right torque settings and without any signs of excessive stress or wear.
